The teachers' tools, the manuals and kriyas, the books, the courses and certifications, the directory — not a set of separate apps, but one platform KRI owns, across iPhone, Android and web. We don't build it all at once. We begin with the piece teachers touch every day, and grow it module by module as KRI is ready.
We'd start with the teachers' tool — every manual and kriya in a teacher's pocket, build the class, run it live (timers, music), share the practice with students after. Then, as KRI chooses: the bookstore and e-reader, courses and certifications, the IKYTA directory, events.
Before building anything, I spend a focused sprint understanding how your teachers actually prepare and run a class, and what the institution most needs to protect and to grow. Nothing is built blind. It's defined and low-commitment, and it credits forward into whatever we build. From ~$5k.
I come in as KRI's technical partner: I build what the community needs, run it, and keep growing it as KRI grows. One predictable monthly — no large up-front outlay, no project-by-project chasing. KRI owns the platform. No revenue share. This fits a living platform meant to serve thousands of teachers and to keep becoming more.
If KRI would rather commission discrete, owned pieces: once discovery names the first piece, I build it for a fixed fee, delivered and handed over, KRI's to own. Further pieces scoped and quoted as and when.
For context: commissioning a platform like this from an agency typically runs $40–100k+ to build — and then the institution carries a developer or small team to run it, which over time costs more than the build itself. Both paths above sit well below that, and the partnership folds building it and caring for it into one predictable monthly.
